A couple of weeks ago, I posted a photo of houses along the river
and evidence of the garbage problem there.
This week, they have a more serious problem with flooding.
The houses shown below are normally 8-10 feet or so above the water, but not now.
The recent heavy rains have caused lots of flooding around town.
We are thankful that we're not that close to the river, and that we're on the second floor.
