We passed this restaurant while out on a bike ride yesterday. I appreciate its lack of pretension - they're a one star restaurant, and they know it. "We are what we are. Come in and eat here, or don't. But come with appropriate expectations."
If only all organizations were willing to be transparent. *sigh*
(OK, I know that the name has nothing to do with the Michelin restaurant rating system, but once again, I prefer to amuse myself with my own interpretation.)
